These License Terms govern the use of digital products, software, scripts, applications, source code, templates, plugins, themes, and other digital products purchased through NovaSpire.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using a product from NovaSpire, you agree to these License Terms.
Upon successful purchase, NovaSpire grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-installation license to use the purchased product.
Unless the product listing specifically states otherwise, the license is intended for one (1) website, one (1) domain, and one (1) production server/installation only.
The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or copyright of the product to the buyer.
Each license permits the product to be installed and used on one production server or one live website at a time.
The buyer must not use the same license on:
Multiple websites
Multiple domains
Multiple production servers
Multiple client projects
Multiple businesses
Multiple applications or installations
A separate license must be purchased for each additional production installation unless the product listing explicitly provides a multi-site or extended license.
Where setup or installation service is included with the purchase, NovaSpire or the authorized product provider may perform one initial installation/setup on the buyer's eligible server or hosting environment.
The initial setup includes configuration reasonably required to make the purchased product operational.
Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, the following are not automatically included:
Repeated installations
Server migration
Additional domain installation
Installation on a second server
Major customization
Third-party API configuration
Custom feature development
Data recovery
Problems caused by unauthorized modifications
Additional setup or migration services may require a separate service charge.
Where a product uses license activation or verification, the license may be associated with the buyer's:
Domain name
Server
IP address
Installation ID
License key
Application instance
The license may be used only on the authorized installation.
Changing the server, domain, or installation may require license reactivation or approval from NovaSpire or the product provider.
A buyer may request a license transfer when legitimately moving the product from one server to another.
The previous installation must be permanently disabled or removed before the license is activated on the new server.
NovaSpire or the product provider may verify the migration request before approving a new activation.
Repeated or suspicious migration requests may be refused.
The buyer must not:
Resell the purchased product as their own product.
Share the product with other people.
Distribute the source code publicly.
Upload the product to file-sharing websites.
Sell or distribute the license key.
Share account credentials for unauthorized use.
Use one license for multiple customers or businesses.
Remove copyright, author, or license notices where removal is prohibited.
Circumvent license activation or verification systems.
Modify the product to bypass licensing restrictions.
Claim ownership of the original product or source code.
Unless the product's license explicitly permits it, a standard single-installation license is intended for the purchaser's own website, application, or business.
If the buyer wants to deploy the same product for multiple clients, businesses, websites, or commercial projects, an appropriate multi-use, extended, developer, or additional license must be purchased where available.
If source code is provided with the product, receiving the source code does not mean that the buyer receives copyright ownership.
The buyer receives only the rights expressly granted under the applicable product license.
The buyer may modify the source code for their permitted installation, provided that such modification does not violate these License Terms or applicable law.
Product updates are provided according to the terms stated on the individual product listing.
An update may include:
Bug fixes
Security improvements
Compatibility updates
Performance improvements
New features
Free lifetime updates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.
Support is provided according to the support period and terms displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Support may cover:
Product installation issues
Basic configuration
Product-related bugs
Compatibility issues covered by the product documentation
Support generally does not include custom development, third-party software problems, hosting-provider issues, or extensive modifications unless expressly stated.
Some products may require online license verification, activation, or periodic validation.
The buyer agrees not to interfere with or bypass such licensing mechanisms.
If fraudulent, unauthorized, or excessive activation activity is detected, the license may be suspended pending review.
If a license is found to be shared, redistributed, resold, copied, or used on unauthorized installations, NovaSpire or the product provider may:
Suspend the license;
Disable unauthorized installations;
Require the buyer to purchase additional licenses;
Refuse further license activation;
Take other appropriate action permitted by law.
No refund is guaranteed where a license has been suspended because of the buyer's violation of these License Terms.
A product may be used on a temporary development or staging environment when reasonably necessary for the licensed production installation, provided that the product is not simultaneously operated as multiple unauthorized production installations.
Where a product has specific staging/development restrictions, the individual product license will take priority.
Some products may contain or depend upon third-party libraries, APIs, fonts, plugins, frameworks, images, or other components.
Such components may be subject to their own licenses and terms.
The buyer is responsible for complying with applicable third-party licenses when using or modifying the product.
The license is granted to the purchaser and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared with another person or business unless explicitly permitted by the product's license terms.
Refund eligibility is governed by NovaSpire's applicable Refund Policy.
If the buyer materially violates these License Terms, NovaSpire or the product provider may terminate or suspend the license.
Upon termination, the buyer must stop using the product and remove unauthorized installations.
Some products may have license conditions that are different from or more restrictive than these general terms.
Where a product page, license file, documentation, or author-provided license specifies additional restrictions, those product-specific terms will apply to that product.
The purchase of a digital product grants a license to use the product. It does not transfer:
Copyright
Trademark rights
Intellectual property ownership
Original authorship rights
Ownership of the underlying source code
to the buyer unless explicitly stated in writing.
NovaSpire reserves the right to investigate suspected license abuse, fraudulent purchases, unauthorized redistribution, activation manipulation, or other violations.
During an investigation, access to the affected license or product may be temporarily restricted where reasonably necessary.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using a product from NovaSpire, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these License Terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase, download, activate, or use the applicable product.
